What is the London Chamber Community Network?

The London Chamber Community Network seeks to provide businesses with advice and support during these challenging times. Whether you are looking for sound business advice, informative updates, exclusive discounts, the opportunity to attend a networking event or just to be part of a new and influential business network, you will find support for your business. And it is free to join!

What is the difference between the network and LCCI membership?

The London Chamber Community Network is a free entry point to the Chamber. There is a range of benefits and services which are exclusively for LCCI members. 

How do I get involved/join?

It’s free to join and the registration process is simple. Complete this short online form and we will be in touch via email to confirm your registration and instructions to create an online account with us.

I’m already a member, how does this affect me?

Put simply, the London Chamber Community Network offers access to an extended network of businesses. As a member, you and your colleagues will continue to enjoy our many exclusive member only services, none of which are available to the London Chamber Community Network. To maximise your membership, make sure you create an online account with us. You can do so here

Is membership corporate?

Membership is corporate, meaning you and all your employees can benefit from it. Membership runs for 12 months and prices vary depending on the number of employees in your company.

How do I join?

You can join online in few easy steps. Don't forget you can benefit from a 10% discount if you pay by Direct Debit.

As a member, what export documents can I receive discounts on?

LCCI is the UK’s largest export documents issuer, available online, by phone and in person. As a member can receive up to 50% discount on many export documents, including ATA Carnets, UK Certificates of Origin and EUR1 forms.

Do I need to book before visiting the Members’ Lounge?

The Members' Lounge is temporaily closed due to lockdown.

The Members' Lounge is located on 33 Queen Street, London EC4R 1AP and is open Monday - Friday, from 10.00am - 4.00pm. The lounge offers a space for LCCI Members to work on individual tables between appointments. Please book online at least 4 hours in advance of your visit.

I’ve forgotten my LCCI account details, how do I log in?

If you are a registered member with LCCI, please reset your online account password here. You will receive an email with a link to prompt you to create a new password and log in.

LCCI can help you source the right information for your business. Each month, you can request mailing lists of up to 200 companies across multiple sectors and locations around the world. You can also request credit reports and business research on overseas markets.

    The issuing cost of a Carnet is £360.00. LCCI Members can benefit from the discounted rate of £216.00. Carnets are issued within a 24 hour service.

    In all cases Carnet holders are required to provide a security which relates to the value of the goods being temporarily exported. This security is determined by the ATA Carnet Security Rate Chart and must be provided in one of the following ways:
